Crew Leader - Landscape Construction
JOB SUMMARY
The Landscape Construction Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and physically installing all onsite aspects of landscape construction projects with the crew they specifically lead on a daily basis.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage the execution of landscape construction projects to ensure completion of jobs within project deadlines
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of landscape construction crew of 1 - 3 employees
- Read and interpret landscape designs, structural drawings, and specifications to delegate/complete work activities
- Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis, including: daily site meeting logs, crew daily forms, daily equipment inspection forms, attendance tracking, etc.

Landscape Technician/Apprentice - Landscape Construction
JOB SUMMARY
The Landscape Technician/Apprentice is responsible for a variety of job tasks (including physical labor) to assist with the completion of landscape construction projects. Job responsibilities also include utilizing various hand tools, power tools, and equipment to carry out specified job duties. Relevant experience in landscape construction in preferred, but we will provide you with professional on-the-job training if needed.
- Assist in the construction of building all landscape elements, such as: installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, water features, landscape plantings, lawn installation, low voltage lighting, etc
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs
- Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
- Move and transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and manual lifting
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments, shop, and equipment
